So started reading The Love Dare last week. I am not doing very good at getting 1 chapter a day completed. I am only on day two. I have however already had an aha moment. It says "Kindness is love in action. If Patience is how love
reacts in order to minimize a negative circumstance, kindness is how love
acts to maximize a positive circumstance. Patience avoids a problem; kindness creates a blessing. On is preventive, the other is proactive."
I had never thought about it that way. I have always put patience and kindness into the same group, that being patient is being kind. They way they put it in the book is so eye opening. Kindness can make patience obsolete, amazing.
